Although I have no way of knowing the exact history of this piece， its difficult to find any evidence of use， at least with the unaided eye. Sapphire crystal looks fantastic. Dial/hands are amazing. Case and bracelet shine like new. All functions have been tested and work perfectly. No way to be 100% sure， but probably been sized before. Timepiece will arrive with the original Omega hang tag with matching serial #， as well as the original Omega case.
